Dhadak starred ethereal actor Jhanvi kapoor with the boy next door Ishaan Khattar, directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, the movie is the Hindi remake of the Marathi flick Sairat. The movie follows a storyline of rebellious love, persuasion, violence and conflict.
The movie was shot extensively in Udaipur, Jaipur and Kolkata but the old-charm of Rajasthan casted a spell on the audience. The performance from the actors and the beautiful cinematography by filmmakers flourished the beauty of Royal Rajasthan. The movie went on to be a nationwide hit.

Mirzya is a 2016 Indian Hindi epic fantasy romantic thriller film directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.The movie stars Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher in lead roles along with Anuj Choudhry.The movie was shot at very diverse locations like the Ladakh at the top and Udaipur, a heaven down in the west in the land of Rajasthan. Golliyon ki Rasleela Ram-Leela(2013)

Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela meaning “ A Dance of Bullets: Ram-Leela” is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language tragic romance film written and directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who also composed its original soundtrack.
The film stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.The film was shot in Gujrat and Udaipur.In Udaipur, the movie was shot at old Udaipur, Gangaur ghat, Ambarai Ghat, and city palace.
The film was well received and become a blockbuster. The amazing plot, realistic acting by the vivid cast and the old-charming shoot locations made the movie a real success. It is one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2013 and also one of the most awarded ones, winning three Filmfare Awards out of eight nominations.
Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani(2013)

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was another super-hit movie from 2013. The movie was directed by Ayan Mukerji, written by Mukerji and Hussain Dalal, and produced by Karan Johar. The plot revolved around a protagonist played by Ranbir Kapoor who loves to travel but eventually falls in love with a tender girl played by Deepika Padukone.
The story touched the hearts of Indian youth and the movie became iconic. Various parts of the movie were shot in Udaipur. The marriage of Kalki in the movie was organized in Udaipur.The marriage scenes were shot in ‘The Oberoi Udaivilas’ Hotel. One of the most popular songs “Kabira” was also shot in the same hotel. The Cheetah Girls: One World(2008)

The Cheetah Girls: One World is a 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie which first premiered on Disney Channel on August 22, 2008. It is the third and final film of The Cheetah Girls film trilogy. Disney Channel announced the film with the plot involving the Cheetah Girls going to India to star in a Bollywood production. Filming began in Udaipur, [Sajjangarh , Delhigate , Dudhtalai] during March 2008 at various locations.
Dhamaal(2007)

Dhamaal is a 2007 Bollywood comedy movie starring Sanjay Dutt,Arshad Warsi,Javed Jaffery and Ashish Choudhary. The movie is directed by Indra Kumar. Some scenes of the movie were shot in Udaipur at Sajjangarh, badi lake and isolated hilly areas around Udaipur.
The movie was a semi-hit around the country, but after its television premieres the movie gained immense viewership. The actors gave the story a life with their hilarious comic timing and dialogue delivery.
Yaadein (2001)

Yaadein is a 2001 Indian Hindi musical drama film written, directed, edited and produced by Subhash Ghai. The ensemble cast cross over film starring Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff in lead roles, was released worldwide on 27 July 2001.
Some scenes in the movie were shot in Udaipur at ‘Jagmandir Island Palace’ including the song “chhan chhan chhalakta noor hai”. A scene from the song ‘chhalakta noor hai’ shot at Jagmandir Palace.
Phool Baney Angarey(1991)

Phool Bane Angarey is a 1991 movie starring the great Rajnikant and ever gorgeous Rekha. The film was directed by K.C. Bokadia.
The movie was extensively shot in Udaipur including the violent climax scene. Shots of this movie were taken at hathipole, jal mahal, Dehligate, local market and Jagdish Mandir.
Octopussy (1983)

Octopussy is the thirteenth entry in the James Bond film series, and the sixth to star Roger Moore as the fictional MI6 agent James Bond.The filming of Octopussy began on 10 August 1982 with the scene in which Bond arrives at Checkpoint Charlie.
Much of the film was shot in Udaipur. The Monsoon Palace served as the exterior of Kamal Khan’s palace, while scenes set at Octopussy’s palace were filmed at the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir, and Bond’s hotel was the Shiv Niwas Palace. Shots were also taken at Fathesagar and Lake Pichola.
Mera Saaya (1966)

Mera Saaya is drama Indian Hindi film directed by Raj Khosla. The music is by Madan Mohan and lyrics by Raja Mehdi Ali Khan. The film stars Sunil Dutt and Sadhana did a phenomenal job and made the story lively.
Some superhit songs of the movie “Jhumka gira re”,”Naino mein badra”, “Tu jahan jahan chalega” and some parts of the movie were shot in Udaipur at Dudh talai, lake palace and Jagmandir palace.
It won the Filmfare Best Sound Award for Manohar Amberkar. The songs “Jhumka Gira Re”, “Naino Mein Badara Chhaye” and “Tu Jahan Jahan Chalega” became super-hits.
Guide (1965)

Guide is a 1965 romantic drama film, starring Dev Anand and Waheeda Rehman. It was directed by Vijay Anand, who contributed to the screenplay. The film is based on the novel The Guide, by R. K. Narayan.
The movie has major shots taken in different locations in Udaipur and a nearby city of Chittorgarh was also featured in this movie. In Udaipur shots were taken at HathiPole, Fateh Sagar and old Udaipur.
